We're a small team with a big belief: that games can be fun, immersive AND inspire people. Here's how who we are and want to do.


We foster discovery, nurture curiosity, and fight inaction and apathy through engaging and atmospheric worlds that appeal to our taste for exploration and our need for connection.
We envision a world where no change feels too small and no one feels powerless to make a difference, where play inspires action, curiosity leads to compassion, and entertainment and real-world impact are inseparable.

What We Believe
Fun first, always
We make games, not lectures. The experience has to captivate before it can inspire. Without it, no one sticks around long enough to care about the cause underneath. Also, we do like a bit of craziness and humour in our coffee.
Creative Fearlessness
We value creativity and refuse to let anyone be afraid of it. Our teammates wield their creative edge like a proud construction hammer. We embrace the weird to craft captivating worlds that draw players deep into their wonders, and through them, into the real-world causes at their heart.
Radical Transparency
We show exactly how we give back to the causes we support with our revenues. Internally, we share what we earn as a company, as founders, and as employees. No competition among us. No brutal discrepancies between salaries and benefits.
No violence please
Roots and water don’t need to destroy to change everything around them. We do the same. We know that life is hard, often brutal and merciless. But it’s also resilient, adaptive, and full of wonders. We choose to depict those wonders and inspire through them.
Action over Theory
We don't hold two-hour meetings about whether the door is green or blue. We build, we test, we iterate. We value a memorable dish with a punch, over a highly polished lukewarm soup. And we expect the same from our players. Our games don't just raise awareness, they open clear paths to real-world action.
